Lisa Brown
Lisa Brown is a responsible community member who is engaged with varying nonprofit community resources, South Mountain Community Church, Memory Matters Utah, and Southwest Forensic Nursing & Healthcare. She is passionate in the areas she serves, dementia, and spiritual leadership, and Board Member of Southwest Forensic Nursing & Healthcare. Her family both personal and church, are the most important things in her life and the area of her joy. Lisa has a background in customer service, volunteering in the community, and fundraising which are the foundations she has as a community member.

Amy Hicks
Amy is currently serving as an Associate Gift Officer for the Foundation at Intermountain Health- St. George seven years ago, she found not only a beautiful place to live but a community that resonated with her passion for giving back. With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, she firmly believes in the transformative power of generosity and taking care of others. As she continues to champion causes close to her heart, she knows the impact that one person can make when driven by a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.

Dixie Hirschi
Dixie Hirschi is community-focused and advocates for those whose voice is not always heard. She has worked for The Dibble Institute since 2011 and has served as the Director of Outreach and more recently as the Senior Training Advisor and Training Specialist. She is an experienced educator of 25 years in History, Literature, and Classical Studies.
Dixie is trained and certified in numerous healthy relationship programs, trauma resilient programs and she worked with vulnerable teens in WI and UT. She was a CASA volunteer in WI, advocating for neglected or abused children. Her passions include public speaking, training, and helping others to build resilience for healthy and happy lives. ​​​​​​​​

Kristie Whinery
Kristie is an experienced, professional social worker, behavioral health therapist, and patient advocate with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry. She is experienced in working in nonprofit organizations and has a master’s degree focused on Clinical Social Work. Kristie currently serves as a consultant and educator to assist clinical and administrative leaders in keeping the patient experience agenda at the forefront.

Kristie is an experienced behavioral health therapist that utilizes clinical expertise to perform psychosocial assessments, provides psychotherapeutic modalities, and develops/implements plans of care/treatment plans that provide extraordinary care for the patient while being sensitive to costs and resources. She works collaboratively with patients, patients' families/significant others, healthcare providers, insurers, community resources, and other involved parties to identify patients' needs, broker services, coordinate care and transition plans, and advocate for patients.

Survivor Advisor
Deon Glaser
Deon is a global leader in sustainability and social change with nearly two decades of experience. Her experience is marked by the successful creation and execution of large-scale sustainability frameworks through strategic and policy thinking, innovative solutions, and transformative stakeholder engagement. In previous roles, Deon led multi-disciplinary teams to assess and improve building operations for clients across commercial real estate, healthcare, retail, and education sectors. Deon holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in public policy from George Washington University.
Forensic Nurse Advisor
Karilee Fuailetolo
Karilee has a passion for nursing and for supporting efforts related to the care of sexual assault survivors. She has worked for Intermountain Healthcare for over 20 years in varying roles, such as CNA, LPN, RN, and House Supervisor, and is currently the Nurse Manager of the Medical/Oncology Unit at St. George Regional Hospital. Karilee has also served the community in Southern Utah for over 10 years as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner with Cedar SANE and Southwest Forensic Nursing & Healthcare.

Medical Director
Dr. Rob Foster
Dr. Robert R. Foster has been an Emergency Department physician for over 20 years. He graduated from medical school in 1999 and completed his Emergency Department Residency at Michigan State University in June 2004. Since then he has been working in the Emergency Department in St. George, Utah. He previously owned and operated Southwest SANE II, which had handled Washington Counties' sexual assault cases. Dr. Foster is also the Medical Director for Washington City, Santa Clara, and Ivins. His experience includes working with the Dove Center, Children's Justice Center, lntermountain Health, Southwest Emergency Physicians, the local Fire/EMS departments, and Washington County SART team for many years.
Finance Advisor
Ryan Schonlaw
Ryan Schonlaw is an experienced accountant with over 15 years of industry experience. He holds both an undergraduate and a graduate degree in accounting. Currently, he serves as a Controller for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company located in San Diego, a city known for its pleasant weather.
Outside of his professional commitments, Ryan Schonlaw has several hobbies and interests. He enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and spends his spare time working out, which suggests a focus on physical fitness and health. Additionally, he participates in recreational sports such as volleyball and kickball, indicating an enjoyment of team-based activities and a desire for social engagement.
Overall, Ryan Schonlaw's combination of professional expertise in accounting and his active lifestyle demonstrates a well-rounded individual who is dedicated to his career while also valuing personal well-being and leisure activities.
Legal Advisor
Thad Seegmiller
Thad is a full-time practicing attorney in Southern Utah and Nevada. He enjoys talking about gardening, farming, ranching and fishing as much as legal matters. Thad dreams about hiking, fishing, traveling and Lake Powell when legal problems get hard and cows get stubborn.
